Save palindromes/repeats window will appeare after clicking on one of the following buttons:
The button 
loads a
standard Window Save Dialog.
Check box 
enables a filter for palindromes/repeats
depending on the structure position inside a gene.
Only palindromes/repeats located nearby a gene's edges will be stored into the file.
This parameter sets the value for a gene's edge (10% by default). If one wants to save all the detected palindromes/repeats, the parameter value should be set to 50%.
